GOVURAI delivers pan-India — to all 28 states and 8 Union Territories. Delivery is fulfilled through our logistics partner Shiprocket, which assigns the best available courier (Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ekart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and others) based on your PIN code.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, natural events, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. GOVURAI is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your AWB (airway bill) tracking number and the name of the courier assigned. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website or on Shiprocket's tracking portal.

Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absent recipient, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us. Re-dispatch in such cases will require an additional shipping fee, and we are not obligated to re-ship at no cost.
If your order arrives visibly damaged or tampered, please do not accept the delivery. Reject the parcel and notify us immediately via WhatsApp with photos of the outer packaging. Accepted deliveries are considered received in good condition.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address including flat/house number, street, landmark, city, state, and PIN code. GOVURAI is not responsible for non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
