We do not guarantee any specific resolution. Exchange or replacement does not apply as an automatic entitlement — it is offered as a goodwill gesture where we are satisfied that the fault is genuine and documented.
GOVURAI is a reseller / brand owner of smart technology products. Warranty, if any, is provided by the manufacturer and must be claimed directly with the manufacturer using the documents supplied in the box. GOVURAI does not provide post-sale repair or warranty service unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. To request cancellation, WhatsApp us immediately at +91 8850 610 717. Once a dispatch notification has been sent, cancellation is not possible. COD orders that are refused at the door will be noted and may affect the customer's ability to place future orders.
If a refund is approved by GOVURAI, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. UPI and card refunds depend on your bank's processing timeline, which is beyond our control.
Nothing in this policy is intended to override your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you believe you have a legitimate grievance, you may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or your state consumer forum.
